About Us
Vic Hill Race Engines, LLC, located in Mosheim, Tennessee, was started by Vic Hill back in 2000 following his successful ten year stint in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. Since Vic drove a Dirt Late Model, it was a natural progression to apply his knowledge to potential customers. Since April of 2000, Vic has been building dependable and powerful engines to clientele across the country.
These days, Vic Hill Race Engines provides horsepower for drag racing, off-road, and circle track applications. In fact, Vic Hill Race Engines does their own cylinder head development and manifold design in-house. In the Dirt Late Model market, Vic Hill Race Engines is well-known to have developed the first 4.500 wide bore spacing engines back in 2006 with owner Bob Miller and driver Scott Bloomquist.
Vic's engines have powered drivers to victories in some of the biggest Dirt Late Model events including the 'World 100,' the 'Dirt Late Model Dream,' the 'Show-Me 100,' the 'Knoxville Late Model Nationals,' the 'Dirt Track World Championship,' and the 'North/South 100,' along with numerous Track Championships. The following drivers choose Vic Hill Race Engines to help them get into victory lane: Bobby Pierce, Jimmy Owens, Chris Madden, Kale Green, Shannon Babb, Ricky Weiss, Garrett Smith, Drake Troutman, Tony Jackson, Jr., Jake Timm, Jake O'Neil, Carson Brown, Luke Morey, and many more!
