Congratulations to Vic Hill Race Engines client Jimmy Owens in winning in an Open Wheel Modified tonight at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee!  The $1,000 triumph marked Jimmy's fifth trip to victory lane so far during the 2025 campaign.  Congrats to Team 20 and Koehler Motorsports!
